Boost question
I got a 2000 7.3, my engine and turbo is out of an 2002. After I put the motor in I noticed that I'm not getting much boost. At wot I'm getting 18psi, but before 2000k I'm getting like under 3 ... What I am asking is out of curiosity say half throttle how much boost should I be getting in between 1000k to 2000k. It seems to me like my truck is just gutless. Sounds fast as hell has an insane blow off and I can really hear the turbo spool but it doesn't seem to push a lot of boost off the hop and I would like to know how much boost I'm supposed to be getting in my rpm range.?
