vibration help needed

Hey guys when my truck gets up to temp. At idle I get a vibration feeling in the seat and I can hear it. I have a new icp sensor ans brand new injectors neither fixed the problem. It almost feels like a surging or the rpms rev slightly then goes down. Its like every couple seconds it comes and goes. The rpm gague doesn't really move to much. Maybe very slightly if you look hard enough.is that normal it moving maybe 50-100 rpm up and down? I dont have a a way to check codes but it was in the shop last week and the guy said it was all good but this has been happening for a while now. I dont notice it when its dead cold. And ideas? Thanks... i ordered an ae which should be in friday. truck has 110k and is a 01. anyone have this problem or know what could be causing it? truck runs good its just been bugging me. thanks

could it be the trottle position sensor?
