sick and tired of squeaking

im really really tired of my front end squeaking...it squeaks only at random times it seems...it seems like the squeak is going slower than a brake squeak would...and also when i put on the brakes the squeak does not subside...it sounds like a goose...it does it more-so in the mornings when it is cold...but does it all the time...can someone PLEASE help me...also i had the balljoints in the front end replaced...he pulled out the axle....wheel bearings...and filled the front end dope back up and it still did not influence the squeak...please help...

Check sway bar end links and spray some litium grease on the leaf spring pads. My boss's truck did the same thing one of those fixed it cant remember wich one.

^^^^^What he said.

I jacked the front end off the ground by the frame so I could get the grease in between the leaves better. I ended up finding the ware pads were gone and found the metal was worn half way through.

I had a lift kit put on my truck 04 leaf springs all the way around and my truck squeaked all the time even on smooth ground more so when I turned. I sprayed all in one lube in between each leaf. I used a lot of it and I haven’t had the problem since. About 6k mi. most trucks with leafs have this problem that I know of. Not sure that is your problem but it fixed mine. Just my two cents.
