Question fuel tank

How much trouble is it to drop fuel tank? what all needs to be disconnected? I read on a thread that there are mods for in tank, what are they? '03 F250 7.3 XLT

Using a floor jack or the ratchet strap method will make it very easy, just get her as empty as possible!!

Hi strokin early 99. That Guzzel web page was good, but I was wondering if that mod is also needed on my '03?. you would think if this was a real problem, then Ford would have fixed it by now!
