99.5 7.3 powerstroke falling on its face.

Hello everyone, I have a 99.5 f-250 CC LB with a afe stage 2 intake, 4" mbrp turbo back exhaust. I recently installed a ts 6 pos chip and it feels like the truck falls on its face when it switches to over drive. If i push hard (3/4 throttle) the truck lags for a second than boosts and feels fine, I disconnected my batteries lastnight to clear the computer but the problem is still there. The same day i did the chip i also did an oil change and fuel filter,My fuel pressure seems really high now which I know isn't right. Sitting on the highway doing 105KM/H my fuel pressure spikes from 80psi to 100psi (idle 75psi) Not sure if these two issue are linked but Where should I start to fix this problem?
