7.3 electrical problem

Hello im new to this. Just bought a 99 f250 and i think it has a huge electrical issue. When the wipers are on and you come to a stop the truck will shut off but start right back up. If i shut the wipers off just as it starts to act up it will catch it self and stay going but if your going 80kms it will stay running all day? I also just installed some HID and took the truck into town and back and now soon as i turn my headlights on it stalls? Getting really fustrated with it and would appreaciate some help with anyone knows. Buddy i got the truck from said its a ground issue with the wiper thing. Seems weird to me but i dont know. Just would like to have an idea before i take it to the garage so they are not all week trying to figure it out and then have a $2000 bill. Thanks
