Turbo Re-Build kit

I need to re-build stock turbo on late 1999 7.3 Powerstroke.
As Ford do not supply a kit any info on aftermarket companies would be appreciated.
You guys on this forum tend to be pretty smart when it comes to aftermarket availibility so If you have sourced good quality components could you let me know. Merv - Houston TX

There is a guy that runs an Ebay store that I found out from other members that sells a rebuild kit for 99 turbos. The link is eBay Store - Ron's Turbo Service 801-842-9186:

When the time comes for me, I plan on going to this guy for a rebuild kit or a remanufactured stock turbo for my truck because his prices seem pretty reasonable and he seems to know what he is talking about.

The guy on Ebay sells a great kit and he has owned a turbo shop for 20 years. He claims the 7.3 turbo is the easiest of all of'em to install. I hope I don't find out. If your fan blade didn't hit your housing than I would do the rebuild. $100 is way cheaper than a new turbo.
