7.3 fuel milage

I have a 2001 7.3 f250. I'm running 315/75/16 tires, 4in mbrp cool duals, stage 2 afe intake and superchips programmer set on 60hp. still only getting 12mpg which is what i was getting before exhaust and intake. Any help on mpg increase would be greatly appreciated. Also doesn't ever blow black smoke when stomped and will fuel knock from time to time.

what is the best chip or programmer to get for this truck with the upgrades that have already been done.

I would have to say a 6 position chip with custom tunes on it. I recently went from canned ts tunes to TW custom tunes, and what a difference for power, fuel economy and just the overall performance of the truck.
