hesitation with dropping egt's

So started having a weird issue yesterday. With the cruise set at 70mph truck started kinda hestating/ bogging didn't lose any speed but it would do it for a few seconds then stop and run fine. Then a few miles or minutes later it would do it again also noticed when it does it my egt's would drop from around 700-800 normal when problem starts the go down to like 400 then come back up when it stops. All mods are in sig currently running the performance canned tune on the sct. No CEL or codes.

Well this morning on the way home from it seemed to do it threw all rpm and speed ranges. Could smell raw fuel when I got home so popped the hood and went looking around with the flashlight the backside of the fuel filter housing was wet including raw fuel in the valley it wasnt full but there was some laying in there got about 3/4 to 1 full turn out of the cap so hoping that's it will know in about an hour when I head to my other job. I would have thought if it were a fuel pressure issue I would have some fluctuation on my fuel pressure gauge more than the 2 -4 psi that I did see.

Had you recently changed the fuel filter?
