Exhaust Back Pressure

For those of you who have measured it, what is a value you are seeing for exhaust back-pressure? I am seeing performance problems and have checked everywhere I can think of, but to no avail. Currently I cannot break above 16# of boost. I know I need to put a better waste-gate, but wanted to check with you guys on the back-pressure first. Even if you have performance exhaust, please let me know what readings you are seeing if you can.

Thanks in advance....

Try unpluggin the valve right underneath your intake plenum. just one lil clip and its unplugged and you will be able to tell right away. If not, you may have your up pipes leaking and may need to replace the donuts in those to, that will cause low boost.

Also check all your intercooler boots to make sure they are sealed and have no rips in them to cause a leak. And when was the last time you cleaned your air filter??
