vibration when idle problem

when I'm at idle in park or in drive with the break on and its up to temp i feel like a surging or pusling vibration that comes and goes every few seconds. if i disconnect my icp it idles a little rougher but the bad vibration stops..would that mean my icp is bad or injector problem..i took it to a shop and they ran tests on everything and said the motor and injectors were all good

This is a total shot in the dark, but the way you described how it comes and goes makes me think about the AC compressor clutch possibly seizing and adding a funny load to the motor causing the vibration.

if their is oil coming through the icp replace it, its bad.
i would check fuel pressure too.
i had a weird vibration too, i replaced fuel pressure relief, and i had a bad icp which i replaced too
my weird shudder/vibration went away
