Possible brake booster going out or something?

Just tonight I started to hear that famous ford whining noise that usually indicaites the power steering pump going out.

Except that when i push on the brake pedal, it gets louder and the pedal also kicks out at me at first.

Whining gets louder when starting to rev engine and brake pedal pushed down more and also when i turn the steering wheel.

Power steering seems to work fine though.

So is this my brake booster or what?

Also detect some oil leakage under the brake fluid compartment.

Help?
