Could use some input, 7.3 smoking from valve cover/exhaust-video

Hey guys, got an 02' 7.3 truck on a friends dealer lot that had needed some work, well got it running and it's smoking out the tailpipe pretty good and out the drivers side valve cover/head (haven't pulled the passenger side). It had some diesel in the overflow so installed new injector cups, new orings, and one new injector (needed a #8) and it runs fine but still smoking from both areas. Think cracked head? Here's a video:

My truck makes that much smoke as well.... Still finding fuel in the coolant? Does the smoke go away when it warms up?

Compression test checked out good?
Did you run a Cyl. Contribution test?
Wiring to the injector good? (doesn't sounds like a miss, but who knows?)
Glow plugs system work good?
What does the smoke smell like, un-burnt fuel?
Fuel pressure good?
