Electrical, I HATE ELECTRICAL!

ok so, posted up a thread a few days ago about my brake pedal being soft and thinking it might be the Hydroboost, ect ect. well still got that problem... but now i got another one.. ol girl aint wanting to charge. she's got new batteries and a brand spanking new Alternator.. but theres a draw somewhere.. alternator was only putting out 12 and some change. even with changes in RPM's she never spiked to 13-14 range.. the only thing electrical i got goin is i noticed my dinger is trying to come on over anf over again because my parking brake light is staying on, which i believe is related to my braking issue.. idk breaks my heart to see ol Red sick like this...
