parking brake light stay on and bad pedal feel

So a little while back my brakes started feeling really funny. By that I mean the steering would effect the braking. So I figured it was the hydroboost. Replaced it and nothing. same issue. Well i was already in the process of dumpin some money into her for go fast parts so i figured why the hell not, I'll slap a new P/S pump, Another hydroboost ( new for free) and a master cylinder on it and that should solve the braking issue. well no, no it didnt. still same issue. right before i did all this the parking brake light started to chime at me over and over and over again. Now after all this replacing of those parts the light just stays on.. I'm lost.. anyone have any ideas or run into this issue?

soft until i turn the wheel, then pedal with kick back at me.
