EBPS removal help.

I can't seem to get this stupid thing to break loose. The entire bracket is moving instead. Can't really get a back up on it to stop this. Any tips?

There is a nut welded to the bottom of the bracket. Hole the bracket with one wrench and unscrew the sensor with another.
