weird vibration help

when i sit at idle theres like a little surging feel you can feel when sitting in the seat.. is that a normal thing or not? not to familiar with these trucks. its not a constant vibration.. iv changed the fuel filter. disconnected the icp sensor and it just make the truck idle rougher. cleaned the ebt sensor and nothing changed also disconnected the sensor on the turbo..im at a loss any more ideas?
truck is a 01 f250 110,000 miles

could it be a bad ipr? what are the symptoms of that?
