Do I need new glo plugs?

My truck wouldn't start this morning, it does this when it gets cold. I can usually turn the ignition on and off a couple times, after letting the glo plugs warm up a bit it will usually start. But this morning it wouldn't, about 40 degrees out in TX.

Maybe new glo plugs? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

You have to check the glow plug solenoid first. That is more common to be faulty. Search the forum to find the debugging protocol used to see if the solenoid is bad.
