glow plug issues with codes

this mourning my PSD woul not start. it was about 40 degrees and i had to plug in the block heater for it to fire. i checked the relay and there was no power on the open side no matter what i did(including putting 12 volts on the slammer 2 terminals). so im sure the relay is dead. but when i pulled the codes 3 came up with from what i can tell has nothing to do with each other. they were...
P0603 - INTRNL CTRL MOD KAM ER
P1139 - WATER IN FUL IND CIR ER
P1690 - WSTGT CTRL VLV ER

Can someone help with the codes. am i missing something here or are these codes a totally different problem?

btw its a 2001 7.3 psd

603 mean you have a chip or programmer on it or you disconnected the batteries, nothing to worry about. The Water in fuel sounds to me like you got something wrong with the water sensor or wiring? Check the plug and sensor at the filter bowl. The waste gate one sounds like you have the waste gate unhooked or a problem with the waste gate, I wouldn’t worry about that one either. Clear them all and see if any come back.

The glow plug relay should have 12v on one big terminal and one small terminal and the computer should ground the other small terminal to turn the relay on and then it should have 12v on both big terminals with no more than 1/2v difference between them.
