Angry Pedal Problems

I have a 2001 7.3 Superduty that I just completely rebuilt and now I have no pedal power. I pull a new one on and still nothing but idle. No codes, it started doing it slowly or once every other day it would fail. Do any of you experts know of other things to check. Thanks
