Split second power loss.

Looking for some info as to the problem or where to start. I have a 00 F350 w/auto while going down the road at random and not that often it acts like it hiccups just one time. Shuts down for a split second then picks right back up like nothing at all has happened. Hardly even slows down any. Anyone with any ideas. Thanks in advance.

Fist scan for codes, other than that there is a bunch of different things that can cause that. CPS, loose chip, electrical issue, etc. What are your gauges doing during the power loss?
