Need Help! '03 7.3 Starts/ Nothing at pedal and gauges won't move

Thanks in advance for the help!

Will move at idle only. No response at pedal and gauges. Dash only lights when I turn on headlights, no warning lights at all. What did I fry?

No, I didn't check all the fuses yet. I was at the CVS with my three and one year old. I had to get them back home for bed. CVS is close so we walked to the house. My truck is still there. Got to the store just fine. Went to leave, put it in drive and zero throttle response. Look at my dash and the gauges weren't moving either. The truck is stock. I can handle a fuse, but I think it's something worse.

It was a 10 amp mini fuse, Thank you Jesus!! Should have looked into it a little deeper but I thought there was a bigger issue. Thanks

You actually DO have another issue, and it's gonna happen again if you don't fix it
