Front wheel howl, please help

My drivers side wheel has a howl and its is the loudest between 30 and 40 mph, its sounds like a hub or a tire,with a vibration in the floor and steering wheel and slight grinding noise, but i have replaced both hub/bearings, balanced the tires and rotated them. Ive got a lot of money in trying to fix this problem with no luck. Starting to get pissed and ready to sell the truck but if i dont have to i dont want too.
