No WTS light, but still cranks.. Well sometimes...

All fuses seem to be fine, but I don't have a wait to start light when I turn the truck on, but it'll crank just fine with no issues. Today tho, truck had been turned on and off all day and randomly after fishing it wouldn't fire up, just crank and crank. I threw it in neutral thinking that could be it, nope. Waited and tried again. Nothing. Waited 5 more minutes threw the key it, and cranked right up within a half second of turning the key. So what in the would would that be!?

Truck runs like a champ when it's going, idle is perfect. Truck has a chip, but I don't which one would that cause it?
