back brakes worn out too fast

I have a 2001 drw 4 wheel disk brakes i replaced the back brakes 30003000 mi ago and the fronts 2500 mi ago the fronts are like new and the backs are gone. They wore out evenly boath inner and outer pad on boath driver and pass side wtf any input would help.

P.s.the pedal is normal not soft

How long have you had the truck? Is this the first time it's done this?

How do the calipers look? Did you have trouble getting the pistons to move back into the calipers to make room for the new pads? What about the slide pins, are they clean and greased?

Just throwing out some suggestions.

Bout a year ,caliper seems normal and pins are free seams like all the braking is going to the rear and none to the front
