engine dies out

Looking for a little help. If i crank the truck and only give it 1 to 2 mins to start up it will start stumbling and almost shut down less than 1/2 mile down the road. I can let it warm up til it gets close to full operating temp and it runs great. Is there a sensor or something that might be causing this?
