05 converted wireing harness issues

about a year ago i converted to 05 harley headlights with plug in harness from Ebay. well that lasted about 6 months, So i upgraded to Dfuser's 9007-9008 harness and it worked for a few months. Until it melted for some reason running factory wattage bulbs. So I patched the melted ends with Dfuser's pigtails with ceramic coated ends. But now my passenger side is melted again and i'm tired of dealing with it. i've spent over 150$ on Dfuser's wiring mess that isn't holding up.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
i'm considering just selling the lamps to run a buddys projectors

a buddy of mine is running these from riffraff

but that looks basically what came with the headlights anyways taht didn't last long either.

i've looked around and i found a thread on FTE and the guy had same issue as me. and he just put in these that are 9007-9008 like the link above, but with ceramic plugs that are crimped and soldered
