'01 F250 front end noise

I have a 4wd, f250 and my front end seems to have some roaring noise only during acceleration and sounds to change with turns a little, and sounds like something is loose sometimes going over bumps. Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?

Not sure about the roaring noise. The sound when going over bumps I had the same problem It was the front lower shock bushings.

Anytime someone uses the term "roaring" I always suggest you lock the front hubs IN and drive it (you don't need to be in 4WD just so the ft axles are turning with the wheels). If the noise disappears, you need to replace the needle bearings in the hub (a cheap & fairly easy job...)
