hesitation / cut off

Little bit about truck 2000 f 250 @310,000 miles. Six speed trans.

I can give more info if needed, but get to the point. the truck Will cut off sometimes when driving or have a hesitation. ( as if you let off the gas and back on. I have battled with this for about 6 years on and off. within the last couple months it is horrible. I can't drive anywhere without a problem.
When the truck cuts off sometimes you let off the gas then back on and it would continue running again, but in the last few weeks I Will have to turn the switch off then back on to get it to continue running.



I have AE scan tool but not 100% sure what to check for as far as. what sensor. specs are

so from reading other posts. ICP Voltage .24 KOEO .83 Cranking
@480 psi when idling

I have been getting the code for the CPS when it shuts off. but now my codes are
1670Electronic feedback signal not detected (This has just come up with in the last week)
0381Glow plug heater indicator (This has just come up with in the last week)
0232Fuel pump secondary circuit hi

cct test #3 and 8 fail (this has just come up in the last couple weeks).

buzz test is good, gp test is good

hpop, ICP, IPR, GP Relay has never been changed

Around 2 years ago all o-rings that are fuel/oil related were replaced injector cups, water pump all coolant and hoses were replaced with new ones. bp sensor and tube, IPR rebuilt

new uppipes, FRX (Middle spring used), HPX. The CPS has been changed probably 4 times.
Any ideas where I should start looking.
