Windshield wiper on -truck stall?

I originally thought that when it would rain sometimes truck would shut down randomly and I assumed it was water getting into something it shouldn't be like IDM,CPS,IPR all the acronyms but after trying something so simple I found out it stalls when my wipers are ON in the first 4 settings. The wipers can be on Max and no issues but when it's on first few it's stalls every so often any ideas? I know it sounds crazy but after a long time of trouble shooting it only does it when on first few settings.

+1 for a new CPS. Mine did the exact same thing. New CPS fixed it
