Clutch pedal problem

Couple of days ago my clutch pedal lifted by its spring all the way up to the bottom of the dash. It still works if I press it, but my cruise control gone and the clutch doesn't lift as much as before, it is harder to shift gear.
I climbed under the dash and saw that the clutch rod is coming out of its housing. I`m sure there is a fix for that. Please let me know, I need to fix it!
