wierd sound

i have a 02 350 and whenever you get over 35 mph and you let loose on the gas and then put your foot back on the gas there is a wierd thump on the bottom of the truck

is it a stick or an auto? mine stick does that Bcus of the dual mass fly wheel.

also what body config? it could be ujoints, carrier bearing, tranny mount, neighbors cat!

Mine does the samething, after I took the tranny out and put it back in, I am thinking it is the tranny mount with that might have a little play in it..

Mine does the same i believe its just warn motor mounts or tranny mounts...
