dinging in dash when get above 75mph???

my truck, 2000 F250 4x4 6 speed, was recently struck by lightning in the drive way during a storm. insurance footed the bill and replaced all the computers in the truck. IT FRIED EVERYTHING!!!!! Nothing else seems to have been effected, didnt even knock the radio stations out of the double din. in the last week iv noticed that when you drive on the interstate the second the speedometer gets to 75 this dinging sound comes from behind the dash like the parking break is depressed. no lights come on just the noise. thought maybe it was the tuner causing problems but took it off and it still does it. PLEASE HELP!!!
