help!!! new terminator t500 now want start

Changed hpop and lines on my 02 yesterday an now cannot get it to start cranked on it probably 30 min or more. I changed oil at same time. Filled resivoir. Tried unhooking icp ipr buzz tested injectors has90 psi of fuel pressure an ice jumps to 2000when cranking. I switched lines around. Double an triple checked all connections. Im not getting any smoke while cranking. Out of ideas.

I would pull the front cover off and check the bolt again, I have had this same issue, swore the bolt was tight, finally checked it and it was loose.
