A/C electrical issues

Any idea where i would start looking for the problem if:
I can turn the ignition off, hold the key in my hand and the A/C blower will still turn on. Just started this today. (F350 7.3 2001). I was getting out of my truck to go into the Wally world for a can of Dip, turned the key off and noticed the A/C was still running. I turned the A/C switch to "off" and returned about 10 mins later. I started my truck and heard about 5 dings (electronic buzzer of sorts), then like 3 seconds of silence and another 5 dings. It did this for about 30 seconds, then stopped. Now my A/C will come on without the key in the ignition. I cant figure this out. We had about 8 inches of rain over the past 2 days and i did find a small roof leak, but that shouldnt make this nonsense happen. Where should i look???
