Explain Codes

I pulled some codes about a few months ago and I was just curious, what do they mean.

I know the ICP out of range may be a bad ICP (leaking oil) or me running it too hard on a Bully Dog trial tune that's on the PCM as the base tune
P0237? Does that mean the MAP may not be reading right?
P0475 P0470, both EBP. The EBPV is disconnected at the turbo pedestal. Would that cause both those?
The AIH is also deleted.

The icp could be caused by low fuel pressure but it's be so low you'd really be noticing a problem. Idk about 0237. I had an 0236 code come up twice. Wiggled all the lines going to map sensor and it's stayed away since then.

I don't know why it does it but on both my 97s if I try to run with really low fuel pressure and put it under load Itll throw a 1211 code
