Hydrolic Pump Buzzing

My hydrolic pump on my 7.3L, 99 f350 is buzzing. The fluid level was low. I added more fluid but it is still buzzing every time I press the break peddle or turn the steering wheel. Any feedback is appreciated.

You're talking about the Power Steering Pump - right?

Once air gets into the system (you said you got low) it might take some driving around to get it all purged out. Keep an eye on the fluid level, if you never see foam in there and the noise doesn't stop, it might be time for a new pump. Hopefully, it will just work itself out....
