Turbo seals gone I think!?

So I was getting ready to go on a cross country trip from California to New York and I was making my trips saying goodbye to everyone and right before I got to a stop light my truck just starting smoking white smoke bad, I couldn't even see anything behind me! Lol well before I got the chance to pull over my truck just it just starting revving up so I got to the side of the road and i took the key off so it was "running away" it did that for about a 2-3 minutes until it died. It was still blowing white smoke it was spitting oil from the exhaust it was dripping from the oil somewhere around the turbo, I got it towed to my house and changed the oil so I could start it idk why? Lol but I did and I started it and It was still blowing a little smoke like puffs I'll post a video of it in a bit. I know the white smoke is from burning oil. But I found a leak in the turbo on the left side. The seals must have gone, so I'm trying to figure out my options to get it fixed. Im pretty sure I'll need a new turbo but not sure is there just seals that get replaced and get or cleaned out? Looking for tips and advice on what I should do. Thanks.

You can buy rebuild kits and do it yourself.
