does my turbo sound normal?

low rpms it whistles like normal but at higher rpms it screams and sounds like the exhaust is going around the turbine

I figured out the whole problem,

The valve wasnt connected the the solenoid so it was just stuck halfway. I have a wire holding it open for now until i can find a c-clip to hold it on or if i just delete it

My EBPV that is.
