Auto Tranny shifts weird

I have a 2000 f250 with the auto in it. It has 110k on the truck. It leaks when it get hot out of the inspection plate but I know that's probably a bad seal or from heat. I wanna get it replaced. But my question is if a accelerate nice and steady (like 1/4 throttle) it shifts good and smooth an it keeps the Rpms up ( like it should in guessing) but then I'll get on it from a stop and it seems to shift all weird. When it hits second the Rpms drop a lot. Too much I think almost line the tc is locking up but I know it doesn't do that until about 40. And then when it shifts into 3rd it shifts really roughly and really quick like it slams into gear and then it hits fourth and it seems fine.
Any suggestions on why it does this? It seems like it should shift smooth under throttle or not? It doesn't matter I'd it's hot or cold does it either way

No worries dude. Its the injection control pressure sensor. As why it made my truck shift better Idk but it does. I've read that doin this mod effects autos but not manuals if its true than it makes sense it would either help or hinder the trans.
