p01316, rough running and cant drive

I have AE but dont know all the tricks with it.

The other day one the way home the SES light came on and the truck started to shake and had no power. We pulled over and put it in park. about 10 seconds later it smoothed out the ses light went out and it idled fine. put it in reverse to back out of the parking spot and when we put it in drive it did it again. limped forward and put it in park. a few seconds later it smoothed out and idled fine. I was able to repeat this a couple times. Got towed home and scaned it with AE p1316. I did the KOEO test and got
p0605 Internal Control Module Read Only Memory (ROM) Error
p0273 Cylinder 5 injector Circuit Low

Ran the buzz test and all buzzed but the results were the p0273

Pulled the passenger valve cover and found the harness was burnt on one of the glowplug wires. Put a new harness on, cleared the codes and took it for a drive just now, same issue and same codes.

Anything else I can do to see if it really is injector 5 that needs to be replaced?

here is the under valve cover harness I replaced today

Oh yea batteries were weak for a few weeks before this happened. After we were towed home I replaced them and no change.

Update.....

After messing with lots of things I was able to fix my issue. Since my passenger side was not firing and the uvc was replaced, I was a bit lost.... So I got under the hood and wiggled the big main connector right over the drivers side valve cover while it was trying to idle. Suddenly it started to purr and run great. Took it for a drive around the block a few times and it ran fine. Drove it to work a couple days and still running fine! Nothing but a loose connector!!
