abs light showing / speedometer not working

Hello,
I looked at a 2000 F250 7.3 diesel 6spd manual offered for sale. The truck was nice, but it had the abs light showing and the speedometer didn't work under about 35mph. What kind of a problem is that and how hard/expensive to fix? Also, how much is a truck like that worth (it was crew cab long bed, only a couple dings, not much wear inside considering age, clean title, one owner, 123,500 miles)? I love the 7.3s and wanted this truck but was concerned about how much of a problem the abs/speedometer was.
Thanks so much for your help!

It is the speed sensor it attaches at the pumpkin. costs $50-60ish but 350 if the dealer installs it. cures both problems.

Easy job, don't pay to have it done.
