7.3 newby - Oil dumping from Vent and high crankcase pressure???Help

I just bought this truck and have zero experince with Diesels so if I'm asking stupid questions lmk. My truck which normally has the oil pessure around half is up to about the 3/4 mark and ramps up to the top of the gauge when accelerating. I also noticed that the truck leaks oil from the tube that connects to I believe its the breather. I have been doing searchs and think its a clogged oil cooler or bad O rings in the cooler. But before I started tearing things apart and ripping through money I want to make sure. There is no CEL light popping on, the antifreze looks green and the oil looked a little foamy after warming it up, almost like it is thinned out, possibly from high crankcase pressure or heat???Not sure. The oil and filter only have about 1000 mies on it and I used a fram filter and Rotella 15W40. I have been keeping the oil topped off. Its a 99 F350, 7.3, Automatic, 4x4, 177k miles. Any information or advice on what I should be oing is appriciated.

Thanks for the reply. I will try to figure out a way to manually check oil pressure to confirm. When you say the O rings are common to go, you mean the oil cooler O rings, right? If so does the O rings leaking cause high oil pressure? I would think the pressure would drop due to a leak.
