steering gear box

I have a 2002 4x4, and have had a vibration in the floor below my feet for awhile now, its only noticeable at a stop with the truck in gear, at first I thought it was the TCC going out, but its not making any noise so I searched so more found the issue with the sway bar endlinks two of those not it either, so one day at a stop while it was makin racket I turned the wheel and the noise and vibration changed so I thought power steering pump new one of those and still not fixed everything in the steering is tight shock mounts are tight the only thing I can think of is the steering gear box unless Im missing something
