Cruise, dome light, 4x4 all dead

I did search on this and cannot find anything. I did repleace the gem module. My cruise wont work. light in dash wont even light up. my 4x4 wont power up. no power even to the switch, nor does it light up. also the dome light wont come on when you open the door. i did replace the door position switches on both sides and door lock actuators. however the light will come on when you turn it on via the switch. is there a fusable link that powers all of these or all seperate problems. anybody have any good ideas.
i did check all fuses that are inside the truck and those on the driverside inner fender.
