01 f350 7.3 won't start

Hey guys I'm new here !!

I got an 01 f350 7.3 dually and it won't start
I was driving to a friends place truck worked fine I shut it off turned it back on after 20min and it does not start
I just came back from a 5300 trip with no problems

It's got new battery's
183000mi

Turns over fine
When key is on position:
No check engine light
No wait to start light
When turn it over :
The tech does not move
Fuses Are good

Please help !!!

Bingo. No WTS light.
The PCM is not getting power. So a few things: Either blows fuses. But you SAY fuses are good. Ok. So check the connection to the PCM. Does it have a chip?

Oooh,, If I had a Nickle for every guy who came here and said "Fuses are all good" and later found Fuse #30 blown because of a bad Fuel Bowl Heater & w/No Start because of that fuse....

It was the relay I swaped it with the blower one and it works fine now
