Throttle problem no response

I have an E99 F250 SD. Just put in a TS 6 position and 4" turbo back.
J started my truck the other day and it ran for 2 minutes then died. Started right back up and died after 2 minutes again. Started right back up and took off to work. When i put the throttle down i wasnt getting any response and then it would kick in and run fine. As soon as i let off the throttle it would lose all throttle response again. This is an ongoing problem. Just keeps going on and off. Could this be the TPS or CPS? Maybe a bad chip?
