injector driver module relay fuse blown!

started truck like usual, did some odds and ends before work. jumped into the truck and went about a quarter mile down the road and noticed the throttle was gone. and realized she quit, coasted to the side of the road and tried to restart. nothing, it cranked over good but no fire. than noticed the wait to start light was not comming on. checked fuses and found the 30 amp injector driver module relay coil fuse was blown, tried another fuse and it instantly blew out. this is a mini fuse under the dash. any ideas where to start looking for a short?
