4x4 help

02 350 7.3. Front hub vaccuum solenoid is bad. I was told not a huge job. Any help or ideas on how to fix?

The dealer said it was bad. I don't know if it's a leak or not. I will see if I can check it out.

Ok well what is it doing ie. not engaging in 4x4, stuck on defrost etc.

If I turn the switch on the dash, the transfer case engages but the hubs do not. It doesn't switch to defrost.
