500hp + recipe but only 400hp

I have a 2003 7.3l with dp tunes: 80,120,140, oil crossover line, crank case breather delete, bellowed up pipes, k&n cold air intake, 4" turbo back exhaust, spr1 hpop, fuel reg, 250/100 hybrid single shots, gtp38r, ebv delete, airdog 2 165gph, built trans, tough country ladder bars, custom single piece drive line, traction bars,water meth.
I only had the chance to dyno the truck once and it put down 400hp and my goal is 500 and with all i have done i dont know what im doing wrong so i would appreciate anyones thoughts.

Not really sure but did you get your chip reburned when you did the hybrids or add any major components after installing the chip? Didn't see anything about an upgraded hpop? Im not 100% sure on high hp 7.3's but im sure someone will chime in soon.

The 38r is a great turbo upgrade but it wont get you over the 500 hp mark. Need to upgrade to like a h2e setup.
And yeah did you get your chip reburnt for all of your upgrades?? That will make a difference!

Good thing you pointed that out. I didn't even think about the PMRs..

With that being the case, im sure the tuner is dialed back some, so to not damage anything. Or its not burned to match all the stuff you have.

what they said, need more air and the tunes to run it all. otherwise it all looks pretty good

Ya i have pics in my profile and ill take some more soon. i sure have learned a lot and do have a lot of useful tips, ive been through hell and back building on this truck i think its cursed. and when i ordered the motor the guy ripped me off and sent me a long block with just pistons and rods nothing els, i paid $10,000 for it. shawn vaught fromt thehorsepowershop.com but the site has finally been shut down and he is soon on his way to prison.
